    Terrible customer service. The larger mugs do not increase the size of the image. Pictures of dogs are too small to see details. I ordered one of the German Shepherds and the fur looked like a golden retriever only black. When I asked for a refund, they asked for a picture of the mug and the said I was wrong. It looks like their advertisements. And then ended with “Cheers!”
